Managing Partner
Eric R. Lear CPA – Eric is a 1979 Rider College graduate who has practiced public accounting his entire career. His areas of concentration include strategic planning for small and family owned business; customized financial planning for individuals; real-estate transactions; tax planning and tax compliance. Eric is licensed to practice as a CPA in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. Eric’s active participation in numerous local organizations has included: Member of the Thomas Edison State College Foundation Board; Trustee and former Treasurer of the Historical Society of Princeton; Director and Treasurer of Princeton Rotary Club; Trustee and Treasurer of the Princeton Senior Resource Center; Trustee and Chair of the Young Members Committee of the Nassau Club.

Scot D. Pannepacker CPA, ABV – Scot is
a 1990 graduate of Temple University who is licensed to practice
as a CPA in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His areas of concentration
include business valuation services, litigation support and expert testimony in business disputes and matrimonial matters, and general estate planning. Scot also has extensive experience in tax preparation, business financing and general planning.
Scot's
current affiliations include serving as Chair of the Regional Business
Assistance Corporation (a regional SBA small business micro-lender serving
all of New Jersey); and Treasurer of both the Historical Society of Princeton and the Port of Trenton Museum Foundation. He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Mercer County and
the Princeton Estate Study Group, participates annually in the AICPA National Business Valuation Conference and lectures locally on various business and tax topics.
For the past 10 years, Scot and his wife lived in historic Mill Hill in Trenton, where they completely restored an 1886 Victorian townhouse. Scot and Heidi have recently moved to Hopewell Borough with their two children, and are renovating a circa-1900 Victorian home to its original condition.

Associates
Michael G. Lettiere – Michael graduated
from The College of New Jersey with a BS in Business Administration
and has received his Masters of Accountancy from Rider University
in 2003. Mike has over six years of general accounting and
taxation experience. His core responsibilities include the
preparation and review of personal, partnership and corporate
tax returns, business financial statements, not-for-profit
audits and multi-state tax compliance. Mike assists individuals
with their long-term financial decisions through the preparation
of personal financial statements. He also plays an integral
role in the preparation of business plans and bank financing,
including financial projections and cash flow analysis. Mike
is affiliated with the Princeton Fete and Thomas Edison State
College golf event committee. Mike currently resides in Hamilton,
N.J.
Amy Whitmore – Amy graduated from The
College of New Jersey with a bachelor's degree in Accounting
and in 2004 received her MBA from Rider University. Amy has
experience with bookkeeping, payroll, preparation and review of individual, partnership,
and corporate income tax returns, not-for-profit audits, financial statements, business liquidations, and general accounting for small businesses. She currently
resides in Lawrenceville, N.J. with her husband.
Denise Brodel – Denise is a 1995 Mercer County Community College graduate with over ten years experience in bookkeeping for numerous industries. Experience includes payables, receivables, and bank reconciliation for a wide variety of individuals and companies; interim internal financial statements, budgeting, inventory, sales tax compliance; payroll preparation; preparation of individual, federal and state income tax returns; in-house client services, including billing, collection and payables management. Denise also assists with the detailed time analysis of projects and departments. She reside in Mercerville, New Jersey with her husband.
Wendy Reside – Wendy attended Ursinus
College. Her professional experience includes more than 15
years of full-charge bookkeeping for a wide variety of individuals, companies and organizations. She is skilled in several bookkeeping software packages, including Intuit Quickbooks and Quicken, Peachtree, MYOB and AccountMate. Wendy has extensive experience in payroll preparation, quarterly and year-end payroll and sales tax returns, and employer compliance issues. She also works with several not-for-profit organizations and prepares the required informational tax returns, interim financial statements, and is experienced with grant and contribution reporting. She currently resides in Hamilton, N.J.
Pavan Rajput – Pavan graduated from Rider
University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in
2004. He has experience with bookkeeping, consolidations,
financial statements and general accounting for small businesses.
Pavan also has worked in private industry with a manufacturing
company. He currently resides in Hamilton, N.J.
Joanne Linda Waxman – Joanne studied accounting at Queens College and Rutgers University. She is a Licensed Public Accountant of the state of New Jersey and an Enrolled Agent. She had her own public accounting firm for more than 30 years and has worked in accounting since 1967. Her areas of concentration are taxation, estates and trusts, and the tax and financial problems of the elderly. Joanne has been active in various community organizations, including Girl Scouting for 18 years as both a Scout and Leader; and as a charter member of the Twin W First Aid Squad of West Windsor Township where, as an Emergency Medical Technician, she provided first aid care to her neighbors for 13 years, serving three years as president of the squad. She is married to Fred Beach and lives in Princeton Junction.
Frederick R. Beach – Fred graduated
from Nichols College in Dudley, Mass., with a degree in Business
Administration. For 25 years Fred worked in the audit department
of the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Upon graduation,
Fred joined his wife, Joanne Waxman, in her accounting practice.
Fred works primarily in taxation, and senior and estate administration.
For many years Fred coached soccer with the West End Soccer
League. Upon moving to Princeton Junction he joined the Twin
W First Aid Squad, qualifying as an Emergency Medical Technician
and rode ambulances for 11 years. Fred also served in several
executive positions with the squad. Fred is married to Joanne
Waxman, the father of two children and the grandfather of
two teenage boys.
Dennis Kilfeather – Dennis graduated from Holy Family University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2005. He has experience with individual and business tax preparation, rental real estate financial reporting and taxation, and small business management. Dennis also has 10 years experience in the restaurant industry with emphasis on cost control and employee management. Dennis currently resides in Northeast Philadelphia.
Jill Baker – Jill brings over 20 years
experience to her role as administrative assistant at Lear & Pannepacker. She assists Eric and Scot with scheduling
and correspondence, supports the staff in the preparation
of financial statements and tax returns, and manages the office.
Jill has assisted with the Princeton Hospital Fete, the Thomas
Edison State College Annual Golf Outing, the Rotary Club of
Princeton's "Community Leader of the Year" award,
the Boy Scouts of America Lawyer and Accountant's "Good
Scout" event. Jill resides in Hamilton Square, N.J. with
her two children.
Alisa Baron - Alisa has come to us with over 14 years
of administrative experience. Experience includes: general
bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, office
management, executive secretarial skills, and construction
management experience. Alisa assists Scot with all administrative
needs, and assists staff with preparation of financial statements
and taxes. Alisa is very active with her local girl scouts
and recreation leagues. Alisa resides in Burlington, N.J.
with her husband and 2 daughters.
Steve Sciortino Jr. – Steve has recently graduated cum laude from Rider University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Accountancy degree from Rider University and plans on becoming a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. Steve has extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry where he gained experience interacting with customers and helping them plan their events according to their needs. He also has experience preparing federal and state income tax returns for corporate and individual clients, as well as the preparation of financial statements. Steve currently resides in Hamilton, N.J.
